Conducted assay development for high throughput screening of residuals and protein concentration to support vaccine development (Ph.1 and characterization) and ensured that these assays reported high intra-assay precision, high accuracy and low dilution bias- As the subject matter expert for key biochemical assays, routinely managed and planned high throughput screening and and reviewed data generated by insource staff- Programmed robotic liquid handlers (Opentrons, Tecan) to run biochemical assays that measure residual DNA, total protein and polysorbate-80 to support vaccine development for various projects- Used my coding skills (namely python, VBA, MATLAB, R) to enhance data processing and analyses- Departmental representative for Merck\'s Analytical R&D onboarding and continuous learning group. Developed an internal website to assist new hires with the onboarding process. Strategized on improving the onboarding experience for future new hires within Analytical R&D.
