Technology is meant to make things easier, but it doesn’t always live up to that promise. Sometimes it just moves the friction around. We trade manual problems for digital ones, and the work stays just as complicated as it was before.My focus is bridging that gap. As a Director of Business Transformation and Product Delivery, I make sure the change we drive results in less friction for the people using it. I’m data-driven but practical, focused on smart tradeoffs and building solutions people will adopt and stick with.Across government, healthcare, and insurance, I’ve guided complex transformations on legacy platforms and delivered new capabilities. I support my teams by creating clarity, alignment, and removing roadblocks that stall progress. I keep execution strong from discovery through final delivery.Success is defined by what happens after go-live. Delivery only matters if it sticks and moves the metrics that matter. Efficiency improves, cycle times shrink, exceptions drop, and teams stop relying on workarounds. If people understand the tool, use it consistently, and feel like their work got easier, that’s what success looks like.
