I’m very proud to share that I’ve joined Independent Co, a subsidy of Sony Music, as an A&R intern — and even more excited to be the only remote British intern on the team, working with a label based in Los Angeles.After recently completing my Music Business degree, this opportunity is a dream come true. I’m already learning so much about artist development, the creative process, and what it takes to discover great music and bring it to the world — now from both academic and industry perspectives.

I grew up in Switzerland speaking French, and moved to the UK in 2022. I’ve developed a strong foundation in administration, media production, and cultural research. From artist liaison roles at festivals like the Montreux Jazz (Switzerland), We Out Here, and Bluedot, to conducting market research and audience analysis using tools like Meta Ads and Google Analytics—I thrive at the intersection of creativity and strategy. This Summer I’m working at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Download Fest and Leeds Fest as part of the local crew at TMC (with a few more events TBC). I’ll also be joining Ethical Staffing for ten days at Glastonbury. I’m thinking about employment opportunities for September, and open to moving wherever my career takes me! My experience spans project management, admin, and live music operations. Whether coordinating logistics for artists, developing a high-scoring digital commerce app (see my work at Nocturnal App Ltd below), or supporting independent music companies like Come Play With Me, Reset! and The Music Consortium, I bring energy, precision, and a collaborative mindset.I\'m deeply passionate about the global music landscape, sustainability, and storytelling.
