Partner with the leadership team to support the planning and organization of people processes, including the preparation of team correspondence• Responsible for documentation administration associated with employees, including file maintenance and retention• Gather, summarize, and prepare store-specific employee data to support leadership decision-making• Responsible for the accuracy and data entry in the time management system and the support of time away programs in store• Support with scheduling-related inquiries and education, comms, and schedule changes in partnership with leadership and/or PPO (People Planning Operations)• Partner with the Recruiting team and the leadership team to coordinate external hiring events and the internal selection process• Partner with the leadership team and training team to assist with planning and coordination of training initiatives• Support team members in finding answers to people-related questions by connecting them to the appropriate resources• Promote awareness of global Apple programs, and create localized initiatives in partnership with leadership, champions, and ambassadors• Perform other administrative and people operations tasks as required• Support customer-facing activities on the floor as needed• Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each other’s differences and having the curiosity to learn• Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities
