As a VP of Software Engineering at Capital One, I lead high-performing engineering teams that power the platform servicing 30+ million cardmembers for Discover Card. Additionally, I serve as the executive overseeing the integration of these Discover Cardmembers into the Capital One servicing platform. My passion is scaling engineering organizations and building cultures where technical excellence and business impact go hand-in-hand. My expertise has been recognized on a global stage, with speaking engagements at the IT Revolution\'s Dev Ops Enterprise Summit (now known as the Enterprise Technology Leadership Summit) in both 2022 and 2023.I\'m also committed to giving back - currently serving as a Board Member with Chicago Foundation for Women.
