At the same time managing business prioritization of the global intranet (ZOOM) for all the regions including US, UKI, APAC, EMEA and LATAM. • Led the global redesign of Experian’s intranet which is used by employees over 44 countries• Played a crucial role in the successful migration of the company’s intranet from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013• Directs a bi-weekly sprint process that prioritizes ad hoc request with over eighty stakeholders from around the globe.• Implemented dashboards using modern analytics to create and drive KPI’s• Works with product owners to define project scope and objectives, provided recommendations to management on detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports for project approval. Takes business unit projects from original concept through final implementation.
