Impacted associates and contractors by reducing the complexity and number of steps required to reach a decision for modification.• Implemented new loan modification and consumer relief products to reach agreement levels required by Bank of America’s $17b settlement with the Department of Justice within a 2 month concept to delivery window.• Received employee recognition over 36 times for quality of work and partnership since starting with Bank of America.• Helped champion and write detailed functional, security (well exceeded PCI DSS Tier 2), and user experience requirements for HSI’s ‘Next Generation” Point of Sale payment application. Application design included scaling from a single machine within a restaurant up to cloud-based network architectures, automatic pushes of software configuration including encryption, card range, and processor changes. Successfully rolled out to all of HSI’s locations and eventually became the payment architecture for Micros System’s SaaS Point of Sale product.• Helped define HSI’s methodology for a Software Development Lifecycle. A unique “Iterative Waterfall” approach successfully delivered targeted strategic and tactical software updates on demanding schedules that met HSI’s corporate goals and helped customers obtain required functionality.
