It is my passion.I am current the Vice President and General Manager of a great search firm called Snelling Search where we specialize in recruiting for the Hotel Industry. We have an entire team dedicated to finding the right talent for the right company.In addition, I am the President of Premier Testing helping clients hire the right personality for their particular job and team! You can teach skills but you can\'t train personality. I can tell you whether the candidate is a \"get \'er done\" type, a natural born sales person, a \"Steady Eddie or Edie\" or incredibly conscientious in what they do.
