ABOUT GEORGE DABNEY

I am a corporate hotel finance executive and CPA offering over 18 years of experience leading and advising a $3 billion privately held hotel investment firm through complex capital structures and capital markets transactions. I have strong finance, investor relations and accounting/reporting expertise and experience in mergers and acquisitions. I have structured and negotiated transactions and favorable terms with commercial banks and institutional investors. I am a leader with a track record of documented contributions with raising equity, placing debt and improving financial performance. I have a detailed approach to diligence, financial/investment forecasting, growth planning, treasury and accounting. I am self-motivated and believe that positive thinking will let you do everything better and motivates team members to do the same.
