Created TVC’s first eLearning program, designing and developing over 400 eLearning courses and several policy attestations in three years, collaborating with and supporting Operations, IT and HR. These eLearning courses garnered over completions by the 2400 TVC employees in that time.Managed the set-up, roll out and implementation of the Latitude Learning LMS, including the creation of approximately 150 department, management and customized reports.Managed the administration of the LMS, cross-training colleagues to schedule their ILT courses and manage the rosters exclusively through the LMS.Enabled and taught Clinic Managers and Leads how to manage and leverage the information of the LMS reports.Played a central role in the integration of the initial HRIS in TVC history with the LMS.Totally automated all new hire enrollments with LMS functionality.
