WORK HISTORY
Director of Operations Portfolio Development for Guy Laliberte (Cirque Du Soleil Founder) @Lune Rouge Entertainment
Las Vegas, NV, US
Following an outreach from a former SVP of Cirque du Soleil, I was brought in early within Lune Rouge’s development ecosystem to support the feasibility of ambitious, large-scale live entertainment concepts. Working upstream with creative leadership, my role was to hold operational reality while ideas were still forming and decisions were still reversible. At a portfolio level, I evaluated scale, land use, sequencing, and operating complexity across parallel concepts. In parallel, I supported a privately owned, invitation-only mobile arts district Camp), designed as a non-replicable VIP hospitality and cultural platform embedded within globally visible live-event environments. The platform appeared on the world’s largest stages, including Las Vegas’ inaugural Formula 1 Grand Prix and first Super Bowl, before continuing across Coachella, select NASCAR weekends, EDCs, and Burning Man. During periods of pause, I supported stabilization and wind-down, serving as General Manager through closure.Selected Contributions• Upstream operational advisor across large-scale live entertainment concepts• Executive Producer responsibility for one vertical; EP-level oversight across others (financial review, programming architecture, throughput modeling)• RFIs and feasibility submissions across multiple global markets• Early-stage exploration of guest access, hospitality technology, and data-informed revenue models• Support of invitation-only VIP hospitality platforms within globally visible live-event environments, including philanthropic deployments such as One Night for One Drop and Nevada Donor Network

ABOUT GEORGE ANTHONY A.
Scale has a way of clarifying what actually matters when live experiences move from ideas to consequences.Mobile VIP hospitality arts districts, touring ecosystems, and permanent installations.Nomadic, large-format pyramid structures, technology-advanced aquatic productions at unprecedented scale, and flying machines.Operating across cinematic, narrative-driven global music festival tours and bespoke, invitation-only hospitality worlds embedded within the world’s most visible live events.Earlier work translating global IP into physical space; Stranger Things. Bridgerton. What connects all of this isn’t format or scale. It’s judgment. My work translates creative ambition into operational reality, where ideas become irreversible once audiences arrive. I’m often brought in early, not to decorate a concept, but to pressure-test it: how it will move, scale, staff, comply, adapt, and ultimately endure once exposed to real-world conditions.Across touring, permanent, and highly visible live environments, my role has been to translate intent into systems and ensure those systems hold. I’ve led this work end-to-end, from pre-production decisions and risk framing through launch, sustained operation, and close. That means aligning creative teams, technical disciplines, partners, and stakeholders around a shared understanding of responsibility and outcome long before opening night. When priorities compete, scale clarifies them. When conditions change, judgment matters more than plans.I’m most effective in environments where ownership, stewardship, and accountability overlap, where trust is required rather than assumed, and where the work doesn’t stop at launch but continues through sustained operation, iteration, and consequence. This work has been shaped in partnership with legacy entertainment brands, global IP holders, and independent creators operating at the highest levels of exposure. I’ve been trusted with environments where the margin for error is thin, the visibility is high, and the consequences of decisions extend well beyond opening night.I continue to take on projects where scale, complexity, and responsibility intersect and where judgment, not momentum, ultimately determines success.
