Georgeann R. Fusco is Senior Counsel for Brenntag North America, Inc, a global market leader in chemical and ingredients distribution.Before joining Brenntag, Ms. Fusco was a partner in the Yardley office of Hill Wallack LLP and a member of the Banking & Financial Services, Business & Commercial Services, Corporate Law, Real Estate, and Redevelopment practice groups. At Hill Wallack LLP, Ms. Fusco concentrated her practice on the representation of corporate entities and financial institutions in a variety of transactional matters, including business formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder, member and partnership agreements, commercial agreements, debt and equity financings, and real estate matters.Previously, Ms. Fusco was Senior Manager of Contracts for the Customer Experience Care Organization of Comcast. Ms. Fusco also previously served as Corporate Counsel/Real Estate Counsel with Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority where she concentrated her practice in the energy, sustainability, procurement, contract, real estate and corporate areas. Other representative matters include:• Represented lenders in commercial loan transactions and United States Small Business Administration loan transactions• Represented transit authority with regard to the sale and ground lease of authority property for transit oriented development of key northeast corridor transportation hub• Represented redeveloper in construction loan refinancing for urban renewal project involving a multi- phased development with commercial and retail space, several hundred residential housing units, and planned hotel • Represented economic development authority in RFP involving the sale and ground lease of property• Represented landlords and tenants in commercial leases• Represented medical professionals in sale of medical practice and building• Represented school districts and municipalities in bond financing
