However, experienced in creating models for other areas of the model when required (BDF/R, BUD, UBF, DIFF). • Implemented solution for Front Flap Actuation (FFA) on model for 2026 regulations. • Introduced FEM Structural Analysis on structures to model and manipulate deflection and critical stress points. • Perform modal analysis on various WT components including PSD (Power Spectral Density) analysis. • Specialise in creating robust parametric aerodynamic models, translating validated designs into components for the 60% scale Wind Tunnel model. • Implemented component assembly generators, increasing efficiency and reducing component clashes. • Work closely with Aerodynamicists, Aerodynamic Performance, Additive Manufacturing, Model Shop, and Wind Tunnel Engineers to ensure seamless design-to-test integration. • Continuously improving processes, most notably creating robust calibration and testing methods for achieving desired model FW heights compared to CAD.
