A qualified and experienced manager with experience in both Clinical and Non-Clinical healthcare settings. Having moved through the ranks of management, I have gained experience in many areas of business planning Service transformation and organisational change. I believe strongly that patient safety should be at the forefront of everything I do. The best way to ensure this is to drive the focus of the teams within department to ensure patient pathways are efficient, effective and safe.
