We take a sincere interest in helping our clients identify and address problems or gaps within their current processes, and that approach starts with understanding your organization. Whether it be helping you improve your onboarding process, to streamlining benefits administration, or empowering your employees with tools to be more productive, together we will outline a pathway to organizational efficiency. I have personally helped hundreds of organizations manage this process and strive to eliminate any profit-leak areas. I believe that my overall optimism and driven attitude combined with my potential to grow, have been characterizing factors in my career. I have always been a high energy, motivated and ambitious competitor. My senior year in High School, I was a state champion and school record-holder in Track (800m). I enjoy travel, have the ability to speak conversational Spanish, wish that I was a better golfer, and have had the (mis)pleasure of being a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan.
