I am an ISEB qualified Business Analyst and Certified Scrum master with expertise in numerous facets of business analysis and change management, demonstrating highly transferable experience across multiple sectors.My strategic and analytical abilities have contributed to my reputation as the person to go to in any organisation I work with and I pride myself on implementing standard Business Analysis practices in every situation. These abilities have also allowed me to deliver exceptional results incorporating a continuous improvement mind-set, customer-centric approach, and using all project methodologies including Prince 2, Waterfall, RUP, UML and Agile. In addition to my technical skills, my strong interpersonal abilities contribute to my success. I am extremely customer focused and have demonstrated the ability to quickly form productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, creating business cases and achieving buy-in across all levels of an organisation.
