A confident, hardworking and highly organised Head of Production with over sixteen years of exposure to the Engineering & manufacturing sector. During this time, I have performed multiple diverse roles progressing from a manufacturing apprentice to becoming the youngest production engineer and machine shop supervisor with my first company had seen in its 150-year history to then moving onto becoming the General Manager of a fast paced CNC & 2nd operation company.I have been required to develop a wide range of skills essential to succeed in each role, I have robust interpersonal skills and have gained a great deal of respect for the way that I apply myself to each job because I set myself an exceedingly high business standard.I am a devoted husband and father that enjoys keeping active with his family, my spare time is spent cycling with my children and teaching them the fine art of boxing.
