Integrity, Loyalty, Commitment and Team are very important to me. I have built a 30+ year career as a government contractor with these personal values. Integrity, being honest and having strong moral principles, can be seen from the references and statements of others who have worked with me over these years. Loyalty, proven by a career with only two companies - 16 years with Allied Technology Group, Inc and 17 years with Alutiiq, LLC. Commitment, I am committed to making those who put their trust in me successful. Team, from family and friends to company and coworkers, we are all one team. In my years of experience, I have found that it takes a group of people and a strong leader to bring that team together to optimize success. These values are also what I look for in a company. It is important to me that the investment I make in those I work for is reciprocated in the investment that they make in me. I firmly believe that one of the most important corporate responsibilities, what makes a great company, is investment in their people. As a leader I have a passion to help people grow, to train and educate them, and share my knowledge to help others succeed.My career was built from real-world experience and education. I have worked in all areas, at all levels and across many government agencies. At the heart of those agencies is the United States Navy. Since the age of 18 I have worked C4I, C5I, C5ISR, Weapon Systems, SATCOM ISEA, NAVFAC, Perimeter Access and Control, Electronic Harbor Security Systems, Joint Fighters Network, Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems, NAVSEA, Interactive Electronic Tech Manuals, TRADET, EUDT and many others. I have retained customers and industry partners that know me by the values I instill. My experience and network are not limited to just one area or region with DOD or the USN. I have worked with SPAWARSYSCEN (now NIWC), NAVFAC, NSWC and NAVSEA East and West Coast Divisions CONUS and OCONUS. My relationships with industry partners are also extensive. From small businesses contacts to large business partners such as Boeing, LM, VT Group, NG, BAH, Serco and many others. These relationships and my values have secured a long successful career that has also sustained my ability to create my own startup business and support large businesses successfully find and capture opportunities.
