After growing up in a family of contractors, I decided to pursue a formal education in construction management at Purdue University. During my time away from campus, I spent gaining experience in administration, preconstruction, and boots on the ground operations. I am confident in my ability to lead as a coachable and enterprising team player. Above all, I’m committed to seeking best practice and development for myself and those around me. My experiences have provided me with pragmatic knowledge that I use to collect, analyze, and apply the information needed to drive value for project stakeholders and ensure construction is conducted in accordance to contract documents. My mission is to deliver safe, quality projects that meet or exceed production goals. I the field, I am an analytical problem solver with a strong drive and commitment to continuous development. In the past, I have found success in my interpersonal skills, goal setting, and strong work ethic. These traits allow me to be an effective leader and team member with people of all backgrounds.
