I have a passion for building well-structured high performance systems, whilst maintain goals and the end vision of the project.I strive to ensure that project requirements are future proofed in terms of design and functionality wherever possible. And feel that I can achieve this because of my experience of working in key areas of IT that has helped me to truly understand what is required when building complex systems.I have extensive experience creating solutions for the mobile industry, solving problems and simplifying complex structures to achieve a simple balance of technology and functionality; taking advantage of both client and server systems to make a cohesive ecosystem.I adopted agile processes, mainly using the scrum methodology as I feel it allows for both better working practices and more ownership from the teams, which leads to a better overall product and better visibility to the management teams. To make sure the process was followed correctly I completed training as a certified scrum master and have made use of scrum and lean in all of my projects.To achieve the best possible product you need a good team with you and I am a hands-on manager who coaches and mentors his team to enable them to reach their goals and potential, which in turn enables us to fulfill our projects to the best possible level.
