ABOUT GEORGE SUTHERLAND
I am a hard-working and dedicated Business and Economics Graduate and Systems Thinking in Practice Post Graduate with over 15 years of insurance knowledge. Having worked in multiple areas of insurance including Claims Analysis, Resource Analysis, Renewal and Process Analysis, Real Estates Broking and now Portfolio Management. My enjoyment comes from looking at problems in different ways and I am interested in working with people who have diverse views/ thinking to solve situations. I now Head the Insurance function of a large Property Management Company.In 2016 I completed my Degree in Business (Economics Specialism) through the Open University (2:1) and in 2023 completed my Master\'s in Systems Thinking in Practice (MSc).Outside of work, I run ultra-marathons and aim to complete Marathon des Sables as well as to conquer the daunting sub-2:50 marathon. I also suffer the unfortunate fate of supporting Portsmouth Football Club.
