I am responsible for maximizing the plant\'s capabilities while minimizing production costs, personnel management, budgeting, operations, and project management.Personnel management functions are delegating tasks, overseeing productivity, providing additional training, recruiting new employees, and terminating problematic employees. Review plant budgets, look for opportunities to reduce costs without adversely affecting productivity or quality. Operational tasks include monitoring and reviewing maintenance activities in compliance with local code and federal regulations while overseeing the execution of repair procedures to ensure compliance with plant reliability strategies while employing good standards and practices. Maximize productivity and cost-savings by determining the scope and requirements of the project, and then break the project down into smaller tasks for delegation to the team. Also monitor the progress of the tasks and, after the tasks have been completed, I oversee integration, testing, and implementation.
