I’m stepping away from the management desk and returning to the shop floor as a machinist. It’s about reconnecting with what I love, and getting back to the roots of the industry that has always fascinated me.The combination of technology, skill, and creativity in machining is unmatched, and I’m looking forward to putting my hands back on the machines and diving into the work that first inspired me.Sometimes, taking a step back is exactly what you need to move forward.My own shop is next on the list.As the past General Manager of Headwater Precision LLC, I led a team of 25 employees in a precision manufacturing facility specializing in fly-fishing equipment production, anodizing, and assembly. I have over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on CNC programming and support, process optimization, and quality control.I hold a Bachelors from Norwich University and am certified as a Hazardous Waste Coordinator by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services. I am also a Notary Public in the State of Vermont. My goal is to leverage my skills and certifications to contribute to the success of Headwater Precision and the precision manufacturing industry.
