Hello, I work for Kindred Canada as a District Manager overseeing Alberta & Manitoba leading a team that represents the best cannabis license producers in Canada. It’s exciting to be in this ever changing new legalized industry. If you would like more information about Kindred Canada, please visit I am also the owner/operator of which prides itself on affordable snowboard lessons and rentals in Edmonton, Alberta.Previously I was a District Sales Manager with PepsiCo Foods Canada and JTI (Japanese Tobacco International).As a District Sales Manager I was and still am responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to drive superior marketplace execution and customer service. I also had the opportunity to cultivate relationships and manage multiple priorities to make a positive business impact.Other responsibilities have included- Manage, motivate, and develop a team of frontline employees in order to increase daily productivity and improve business performance - Conduct \'work-withs/route rides\' with frontline employees to develop their selling and customer service skills- Work proactively with customers to understand business needs and develop strong relationships- Maintain process improvement to further enhance productivity of selling and delivery models- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure orders are submitted, delivered, and merchandised according to plan- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance - Set productivity and service targets and ensure proper resource allocationI am a graduate of Bond University located near the Gold Coast of Australia where I earned a Masters of Business degree. I also attended the University of Alberta where I graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology. Other prior job experiences I have had was working with the Centre of Executive Education at Bond University, a teacher, Enterprise-Rent-a-Car, and with MuchMusic. In my spare time I enjoy snowboarding, running, working out, cycling, and playing hockey.
