Logan Energy Ltd specialise in the fabrication, installation, commissioning and startup of integrated engineering solutions incorporating hydrogen technologies, including hydrogen production, refuelling, storage, distribution, and stationary, mobile, and on-vehicle fuel cell electricity and heat generation.My roll and responsibility, development of Project Specific Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) in accordance with the Construction Design Management (CDM).Collate data and information and use this to identify themes, and in turn, focus and adapt training/audit programs to address and mitigate the associated risk exposures on the site utilising the Integrated Management System (IMS) and its associated procedures and tools.Responsible for the On and Offsite Operations ATEX safety.Ensure fundamental elements of the HSE Management System are scheduled with the management team, completed, and documented to maintain certification to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 ISO 9001.Assist the Management Team with agreed HSE outputs from meetings/reports/audits/inspections and investigations etc are captured as SMART actions on the HSE actions database and reviewed regularly for progress.• Support the Management Team in their management of health, safety, and environment• Development of an effective HSE culture; to support line management in compliance with company and site management systems• CDM appointed person for the development of Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), Safe Systems of Work, Method Statements, and permit to Work documents• Provide training, toolbox talks, best practice, tools, and techniques for use by all teams• Setting up and maintaining HSE controls and documentation procedures with help from the compliance co-ordinator.• Liaison with certification bodies (ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001); Assist in maintaining certification to the accreditation systems• Responsible for the investigation of accidents, incidents and near miss events.
