About George Sines
George W. SinesVice 1980, I have been apart of the Orange County real estate community. I have learned and worked in many different areas which has helped me get to where I am today. I started at First American Title in 1991 and Newport Beach has been my primary territory. I specialize in high end luxury residential properties, commercial properties, and lending. For the past 30 consecutive years in a row, I have worked hard to maintain my position of having the number one market share out of 41 title companies. I now serve as Vice President account mananger and one of the Fortune 100 Top places to work as their top Account Executive. I am proud to say that First American service centers offer expert handling of the simplest commercial transactions to the most complicated multi-property/multi-state transactions, providing personalized and individualized service for every client and every situation. Specialties: First American\'s National Commercial Services division serves customers from 13 regional service centers across the nation. Each one offers single-point service for every client, regardless of size, complexity, or geographic diversity of the properties in a transaction.I received my AA degree from Orange Coast College and then continued on to study Business and Economics. Passing on my knowledge, I now guest lecture at local colleges and teach classes in foreclosure, escrow and short sales to Realtors and lenders.I am happily married with 3 great adult childern and five grandchildern. I currently reside in Laguna Beach. We live an active lifestyle and try to make the most out of each beautiful day here!
