I am a confident, driven, and tenacious professional with a background in Business Administration. Originally from the United Kingdom, I moved to San Diego to pursue my higher education goals. My experience as an elected official of the California State University system helped me develop strong emotional intelligence skills and a deep understanding of others. After graduation, I relocated to New York to pursue a career in Real Estate marketing.My career in the service industry honed my ability to interpret verbal & non-verbal communication signals and tailor customer experiences to meet individual needs. This customer-centric approach has been a cornerstone of my professional journey.In my role as the Director of Marketing for the high-performing RPP Sold Team of Re/max Plus, I led a team of three marketers and drove marketing initiatives that significantly contributed to our team’s success. We achieved record lead numbers through various marketing methods such as Digital, PPC, social media, and direct marketing campaigns. One of our major accomplishments was leading a successful rebrand to cater to higher-end markets, which increased our online presence and firmly cemented us in the Monroe County Luxury Home Market Segment.Now, I’m looking forward to a change of direction. I’m eager to leverage my skills and experiences in the sales industry, where I believe my understanding of customer needs and expectations will be a valuable asset. I conduct hearing exams to assess the level and type of hearing loss, and recommend the best hearing aids for each individual. I also sell hearing aids that are customized to fit the needs and preferences of the customers, such as style, size, color, and features. I provide servicing for the hearing aids, such as cleaning, repairing, adjusting, and programming. I ensure that the customers are satisfied with their hearing aids and follow up with them regularly. I enjoy working at Miracle-Ear because I get to make a positive difference in people’s lives every day.
