Experience:Now 41 years of construction experience; working as Project Superintendent for Agilent Technologies in Frederick, CO.(24 months) Prior at Facebook Oculus VR Tech Labs in Redmond.(3 yrs.) Prior—Swedish Medical Center Issaquah. Prior to that, WhidbeyHealth in Coupeville, WA. 2015, Providence in Everett.Through 2014 I was involved with field oversight of a 2600 ton structural steel package on the New York area. Design/Build work before that; 2012-13 involved in a mission-critical renovation of square foot facility used for nutritional product manufacturing. The seven years prior to that, in the healthcare sector and mission critical projects; structural, site, enclosures, and interiors with specialty finishes, casework and hardware. Trained as a interiors carpenter, then moving to structural work in the carpenter\'s union. Current with UBC Local #70 in Washington.Goals:Continue to lead in contractor/owner service related and design build construction. Composing and maintaining Construction Accident Prevention Plans; pre-construction planning and site logistics.Independent Safety Consultant services as owner of Focus 4 Safety Group with OSHA 500 authorization to teach OSHA 10-30 hour, Disaster Site Worker and HAZWOPER 40. F4SG is a Authorized Training Center for Medic First Aid courses.
