Led end-to-end UX and product design for two enterprise platforms, Exto, a strategic portfolio management simulator for large capital programs, and Synkrato, an AI-powered digital twin platform for warehouse planning, simulation, and optimization.(Exto) Conducted stakeholder discovery and user interviews with Portfolio Oversight Committee (POC) members to understand decision workflows and requirements for managing multi-billion-dollar infrastructure portfolios, informing the design of the Strategic Portfolio Manager (SPM) simulator.(Exto) Designed the SPM simulation experience, enabling leaders to model constraints, test what-if scenarios, and evaluate tradeoffs across large project portfolios to support faster, higher-confidence investment decisions.(Synkrato) Led UX for Synkrato’s Digital Twin Warehouse platform built in Unity (builder, viewer, and simulator), redesigning the warehouse builder workflow to reduce configuration time from days or weeks to just a few hours.(Synkrato) Designed interaction models for simulation controls, parameter tuning, and results visualization to make complex operational logic intuitive and decision-ready.(Synktrato) Delivered UX for warehouse forecasting, order transfer optimization, and mobile order-picking experiences, translating operational data and AI-driven insights into actionable dashboards for logistics teams.
