Coordinating the Cinedrome stage at Green Man Festival alongside it\'s curator, Jason Solomons. Involving- Organisation over a five months period of the Cinedrome program, scheduling circa 30 acts featuring a wide array of formats, including live music, talk panels and DJ sets- On-site oversight of the Cinedrome stage during the four day festival, maintaining the program run on time and acting as artist liason to talent- Pre-festival communication with film distributors, talent and agents with regards to terms negotiation, invoicing, both film & musical technical aspects and ticketing- Maintaining strict budgetry prudence whilst still providing a unique and entertaining experience- Working with the production team, artist liasons, decorators, AV & sound engineers as well as the stages team in pre-production and on-site to offer a smooth weekend to all festival goers, whilst improving on the previous year.
