In this role, I provide direct communications support and counsel to the Chief Commercial Officer of Commercial Operations. Lead the development and execution of globally integrated and multi-faceted internal communications strategy to motivate, align, engage and incent leadership and employees to deliver against business goals while implementing transformation and change. Build strong cross-functional internal networks at HQ, regional, and country-levels to deliver coordinated, relevant, high impact messaging to internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a trusted communications advisor to business leaders and senior executives on the public affairs implications of key business decisions in a highly scrutinized industry. Lead and direct communication agencies and other partners in the development and execution of strategy, content, media, and creative work. Oversee channels and measurement for Global Commercial Operations Communications.
