A supportive, technical and user focused Head of Design and Product/Design Manager with broad experience in all aspects of design, engineering, management, commercial, marketing and PR.At Greentank, I lead the Design team to take ideas from thought to prototype through to manufacture hitting key vision specs and user requirements at each stage. At Dyson, I was responsible for the NPI design phase of Hot Pure and Cool as a Senior Design Engineer and NPI & NPD phases of Pure Humidify+Cool as a Design Manager. In 2019/2020, I took on additional responsibility to liaise with the legal, commercial, creative and commercial teams on a daily basis to ensure the smooth launch of the Pure Humidify+Cool.I\'m responsible for delivering a number of research based technology systems on time, spec and cost without compromising performance.I have experience in Siemens NX, Fusion 360 and Solidworks CAD packages as well as the Microsoft Office Suite Having being responsible for the design of multiple products and launches on a global scale, I pride myself on delivering and producing products that solve the problems others ignore. I have a passion for design and engineering and know that often failure is the best way to succeed.
