About George Murdock
With over 20 years of experience in process development and manufacturing of upstream activities, I am a Supervisor Upstream at AGC Biologics, a CDMO company currently working with companies to bring new drugs to market.I lead a team of associates and scientists in designing, optimizing, and validating cell culture and fermentation processes, from bench top to large scale, using Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines. I also collaborate with downstream and analytical teams to ensure product quality and consistency. My mission is to leverage my expertise in cell culture and fermentation to support the development of innovative and effective treatments for patients with unmet medical needs. I am passionate about continuous improvement, problem-solving, and teamwork in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
