   Establish company initiatives for improvement of engineering processes and better performance of the facilities we design. Higher performance for buildings means best use of energy to operate a facility, incorporating features into the mechanical and electrical systems to increase reliability and uptime of the buildings operation, and comfort associated with heating and cooling, lighting and technology integration. Encourage updating job knowledge for team members through continuing education of engineering, business development, and client management. Also encourage specialized deeper understanding of smaller segments of the industry for leaders and other Principals within our firm. Recruit new engineering talent for all levels within the firm. Lead team of all shareholders in long range planning including growth strategies, business development, and ownership expansion. Private pilot with over hours. We use a TBM940 turboprop airplane to improve client access and help staff achieve efficiency and work life balance by getting them home at night when working in remote locations. Working on being better at a lot of things - better employer, friend, guitar player, golfer, etc.
