Manage all aspects of the Commercial Operations and the Services & Maintenance departments. This involves managing crews of field technicians to energize and commission all newly installed Level-2 and Level-3 (DCFC) EV Chargers nationwide. In addition, manage the Services and Maintenance departments for a portfolio of + active chargers nationwide. This involves 24/7 remote monitoring via real-time software platforms and utilizing Zendesk ticketing system and NetSuite to coordinate and dispatch parts and field technicians nationwide to handle all emergency calls as well as regular scheduled “On-Site” maintenance based on OEM’s recommendations and negotiated Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for large Fleet customers. In addition, responsible for crafting new processes, procedures and project management software tools in a “Start-Up” environment, to properly manage a staff of field technicians to successfully execute deployments, commissioning, and subsequently service and maintain the EV Charger network for years to come with the ability to easily scale up. Furthermore, serve as primary POC on technical issues between high valued existing clients and potential new clients and our company internal departments (sales, engineering, production, QA, etc.) in order successfully resolve issues or to secure and close new opportunities.
