About George Mizzell
I thoroughly enjoy the time I get to spend helping students whether it is in the classroom or in one-on-one sessions. I feel so many people have developed mental blocks related to math and science and the engineer in me sees that as a problem that needs to be solved. I love sitting across the desk and watching students work on problems to see what their approach is and try to see exactly when they get off course. Then try to help them see the clues that keep them on course and help them to make that insight an integral part of their thinking so that they don\'t make that mistake again:)

Design and develop courses for helping students to prepare for the ACT and SAT tests. I teach the Math and Science sections, handle the website, and do all the videoing and editing of our online courses. I do one-on-one tutoring for students get the scores they need - and LOVE it! It is so exciting to hear back from the students who get the score they need for scholarships or to get in their dream college.
