Responsible for managing Sub-Contractors, JDR Cables and TFK Cables in executing contracts for the supply and delivery of 150km of 72Kv Inter Array cables, to an agreed delivery programme in line with Project deadlines and Load Out within budget, including the longest Interconnector cable produced by JDR Cables. • Worked closely with Client and Sub-Contractors’s procurement and technical teams to ensure the execution of the cables and accessories package along with documentation was in accordance with the relevant codes, standards and specifications of the Project. • Ensured all relevant lessons learned/concerns are communicated to each project discipline, to ensure Seaway7 have performed best practice in striving for continuous improvement in all facets of the Project Teams throughout the Project Lifecycle. • Multiple visits to Sub-Contractor’s facilities were undertaken to ensure full understanding of Seaway7 expectations of the onsite Project Teams and to carry out detailed audits with Client representatives. • Attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings internally and with both Sub-Contractor and Client to cover all aspects of the Project within Engineering/QA/Documentation/HSE/Planning/Contractual management teams. • Weekly and monthly reporting submitted for senior management review.
