CIPD chartered HR professional responsible for managing a population of 320 aspiring lawyers and apprentices in 11 office across 6 jurisdictions. Managing a team of 4 talented HR professionals in our Manchester HQ delivering future talent for an international law firm. I specialise in supporting junior talent in the early phases of their career journey as well as supporting millennial, Gen Z and Neurodivergent individuals to find meaning through their careers.I\'m Dyspraxic and a proud advocate for D&I in particular Neurodiversity. Alongside this I’m Assoc CIPD, a scholarship graduate at KCL Business School with an MSc HRM as well as being a Apprentice to the Guild of HR Professionals.The future is coming, watch this space.
