I take value from knowing that what I do makes a real difference. Recognition is important, but I don’t rely on it to create my drive. This allows me to work at pace and take early success. This success, in turn, allows me to build stability within my team. I embrace the view that real success is when everyone gets over the line.My success has come from my ability to engage and inspire those around me. I coach and develop my team by engaging the individuals on what matters to them. The knowledge and experience a have gained along the way has shaped and developed my skillset. These skills are fully transferable in to any business who put their owners and teams at the heart of what they do.
