Managing of various team of up to 100+ employees (ME, QE, IE, Training, Tooling Dept, Doc Control, Preset, Programming, CAD Design, New Tech Insertion) supporting a employee company with a yearly $200m plus average sales. • Intimate knowledge of various aircraft engine and frame components, the necessary manufacturing processes, and the customers who purchase them.• Highly proficient in SolidWorks, Catia, and Inventor; creating 3D part and assembly models, in process models, special cutting tools, and fixtures for heat treat, inspection, welding, machining, grinding, and assemblies.
