I am thrilled to announce that I have joined 86Borders as the VP of Health Plan National Accounts. 86Borders is a Member Relationship Management company dedicated to locating, reaching out to, and engaging the most vulnerable members of health plans, including those in DSNP, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid programs. Our approach boosts CMS Star Ratings, HEDIS, CAHPS, HOS and Health Equity Index scores. We also positively impact health outcomes, member retention, and plan growth while reducing unnecessary utilization and total cost of care, thereby improving the economics for the health plans with which we partner.I bring over 37 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry, having worked with major healthcare systems such as Ardent Health Services, HealthTrust - the Hospital Company, and HCA Healthcare. My background also includes roles as a healthcare consultant for Synergy Health Partners and a Senior Advisor to Martin Ventures, a Nashville-based investment company. My career began with IBM as a Marketing Representative.I am excited about this new journey and look forward to contributing to the incredible work being done at 86Borders.
