George Lawrence is a highly motivated, financial leader with more than 20 years of progressive experience and the goal of becoming a VP of Business Operations. George has a reputation for utilizing \"Full Spectrum Leadership\" to elevate results, enhance processes, and build strong teams. In his current capacity, he is accountable for FP & A and financial controls for a $600+M Division within the Lockheed Martin-IS & GS Business Area(BA). In this role, he directs the preparation of Financial Statements, forecasts, and reports to maintain operations, while, reviewing, analyzing/interpreting financial statements and operating information to provide guidance, make effective decisions, establish strategies and/or formulate recommendations. Prior to this position, he led Business Operations and Finance for a $500M Division within Electronic Systems BA. In this capacity, he directed financial activities and contractual compliance for 30+ contracts, and new business initiatives. He also demonstrated his leadership abilities overseeing a Proposal Analysis Department for a $1B+ Product Line with three Divisions. In this role, he was charged with ensuring that cost proposals were: compliant and accurate, related risk analysis was completed, and strategies were competitive and profitable. In a separate leadership capacity, Mr. Lawrence coordinated the development and evaluation of financial strategies including: business ventures, M&A, and new products. As analyst, he supported Project Finance opportunities in the Philippines, Russia and Albania. In addition, he led the effort to acquire the UK Government assets through a and gained Corporate Executive Office approval to invest £23M. Previously, Mr. Lawrence held positions in both Program Finance and Pricing. Born in Johnson City, NY, Mr. Dick is a graduate of West Virginia University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. He is married with three children and currently lives in Gaithersburg, MD.

Responsible for managing business finance, planning, and contracts, and supply chain professional staff ensuring contractual compliance, cost management, budget development and analyses, financial forecasting, operational processes and streamlining, and progressive growth and capture strategies.
