Conducted workshops on sales, advertising, pay plans, CCPA and dealer/manufacturer parts and labor rates applications.Federal and state regulatory analysis related to dealer licensing, sales compliance, advertising and autonomous vehicles; analysis and oversight of advertising pursuant to FTC Consent Orders.Drafted buy/sell agreements, corporate documents and vendor contracts.
