Lead integrations across Workday, and internal systems to enable automation and data integrity. Unified regional HR systems into a centralised global service, providing line management and leading global SME workstreams across testing, configuration and deployment while building internal specialist capability.Key AchievementsDelivered the £5M global HRIS transformation from business case to deployment in 8 months, completing implementation in 6 months, on time and under budget (typical 12-18 months). Produced a full business case within 3 weeks demonstrating £7.7M projected 5-year benefits, 66% ROI and a 2.7 year payback period.Aligned systems during global transformation and the Wardell Armstrong acquisition, including TUPE alignment. Established a “Single Source of Truth” operating model and eliminated manual absence reconciliation through automation.Developed internal SME talent and embedded manager and employee self-service accountability through executive-led change strategy.
