About George King

George is a strategic adviser and investment banker with deep expertise in the Industrials, Metals, Mining, and Materials sectors. He advises publicly traded companies and private equity on buyside transactions, and growth companies on capital raising activities. Additionally, after being considered by the President for Chairman and CEO of a federal agency, George has taken his activities to Washington as an advocate for national security matters in supply chains and critical minerals. He engages with the Trump Administration to secure capital, price supports, and offtake contracts for projects that can lessen reliance on our adversaries. He has been a senior executive leading Global Corporate Development at the Executive Leadership Team level for two publicly-traded, multinational corporations in the Fortune 200 (Alcoa Inc, Arconic Inc.(renamed Howmet Aerospace), and Carrier (United Technologies spin-off). George has had extensive engagement with public company Boards of Directors on the most sensitive and critical issues facing his clients and employers. George was trained as an investment banker in New York at Credit Suisse First Boston and Lazard; he was part of the team recruited to Lazard by Bruce Wasserstein and Charles Ward.
