Manage the development, implementation and strategic approach to building, sustaining and contracting a robust physical health Hospital, Physician and Ancillary provider network to support access to care across all ages and disabilities for 31 counties in North Carolina for 1 billion dollar organization. Work collaboratively with executive leadership in driving and prioritizing proactive initiatives that supports network development, key business objectives, and promotes quality member outcomes. Contract with providers for various value based incentives to maximize quality health outcomes.
