My practice focuses on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and other insolvency-related matters. In addition, I counsel clients on fiduciary duty, fraudulent conveyance, illegal dividend, preferential transfer, and corporate formalities issues.I have played an active role across a wide-range of industries representing both public and private companies, sponsors, secured lenders, asset purchasers and other significant constituencies in distressed situations, and developed particular experience in Chapter 11 restructurings, the sale and acquisition of assets under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code, the negotiation and approval of debtor-in-possession financings and cross-border matters.I take great pride in developing creative, aggressive and novel strategies to protect my client\'s interests, but always with a focus on ultimately achieving practical and commercial resolutions in complex situations that minimize legal spend and maximize the recoveries of my clients.
