32 years of active service in the US Army. Retired as the Command Sergeant Major, United States Army Europe and 7th US Army in 1992. Served in Berlin twice and a good number of years in West Germany. Also in Korea 1966-67, Vietnam 1968-69, 70-71. Assisted the Croatian Armed forces develope an NCO Corps, structure and progressive and sequentail education system. Did the Survey and assessment of the Afghanistan Armed Forces 2003. Graduate of Class #13, United States Army Sergeants Major Academy My goal is to retire in 2013 when I turn 70.HOOAH! I am a: Life member of the 75th Ranger Association Life member of the Army Ranger Association Life member of the Purple Heart Association Life member of AUSA Memeber of the Ranger Hall of Fame, Class of \'04 Married Kathleen O\'Connell of Allamuchi NJ in 1981! Specialties: Airborne, Ranger, Infantry and all that goes with that.
