In my role with Wish You Were Here Group, I provide comprehensive operational support for the West Coast locations, initially Belle’s Beach House in Venice Beach and more exclusively, Elephante Beach House in Santa Monica. Reporting directly to the General Manager and Director of Operations for both venues, I manage a wide range of responsibilities to ensure seamless restaurant operations while aligning with the Company’s strategic objectives.My duties include implementing workflow procedures based on guidance from the General Manager, Directors, and Managing Partners. I oversee restaurant managers and employees during daily tasks, providing leadership and support to maintain high operational standards. Additionally, I handle escalated customer service situations to ensure guest satisfaction and manage the overall workflow to optimize efficiency. I also perform tasks directly related to management policies and general business operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and Company standards.I regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in decision-making, focusing on streamlining operations and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. I have worked closely with the Company’s ownership group and executives on strategic partnership projects providing direct assistance on critical initiatives and supporting the execution of Company-wide objectives. My ongoing contributions at Belle’s Beach House and Elephante Beach House reflect my commitment to operational excellence, exceptional customer experiences, and the continued success of the Company’s West Coast operations.
