From there I built enterprise risk and HSE programs covering 30+ million square feet of operations across North America, overseeing 550 commercial vehicles, achieving an 80% injury rate reduction over six years, and managing business continuity through events from Superstorm Sandy to West Coast wildfires.At McGriff, I deliver risk control services across all lines of insurance, working alongside carriers including Travelers, Zurich, and Liberty Mutual — advising on loss control, hazard mitigation, and fleet risk for commercial, industrial, and logistics clients. Beyond the corporate track, I lead Harris & Associates an advisory practice specializing in enterprise risk, supply chain resilience, and sustainability strategy. Our work spans transportation, logistics, agriculture, and the outdoor economy. Our international experience includes evaluating and revamping the HSE program of an active petrochemical refinery in the Middle East. I hold Graduate Certificates in Enterprise Risk Management from NYU and in Sustainability from Emory University, and I have published research on AI-driven near-miss analytics, sustainable supply chain, and the intersection of safety and profitability.I am former Chair of the Fulton County Citizens Commission on the Environment — a role that deepened my commitment to the land and to the communities that depend on it. In this role, I oversaw the development of the Fulton County sustainability plan. I am also a working farmer in Georgia and Alabama with experience in agri-supply chain and food safety consulting, carbon risk and regenerative agriculture advisory.
